专利说明:
AIR FLOW COOKING APPARATUS The present invention generally relates to a domestic cooking appliance, and in particular a portable cooking appliance or transportable air flow. It is known in the prior art convection cooking appliances or air flow, such as that presented in WO2014195129A1. In return, the described system has the particular disadvantage of providing a complex structure for the air flow, and ultimately not very effective for cooking food quickly. An object of the present invention is to meet the disadvantages of the documents of the prior art mentioned above and in particular, first of all, to provide a simple cooking apparatus that allows however to effectively cook food. For this a first aspect of the invention relates to a cooking appliance comprising: - ventilation means arranged to create a flow of air in a cooking space of the appliance, - a cooking basket, arranged to receive food to cook in the cooking space and to allow the flow of air to pass through a bed of food to be cooked, - heating means arranged to heat the flow of air, characterized in that the ventilation means comprise a cross flow fan, and in that in the air flow: - the heating means are arranged downstream of the ventilation means, - the cooking basket is arranged downstream of the heating means. The cooking apparatus according to the present implementation is simple in its architecture since the air flow created by the ventilation means goes directly from the latter to the heating means and then on and through the food bed. In other words, the air flow does not encounter obstacles between the ventilation means, the heating means and then the food to be cooked. In addition, this architecture reduces heat losses, because the air flow, once heated by the heating means goes directly to the food to be cooked to cross the bed of food. It improves efficiency. Thus, it is possible to reduce the power of the heating elements while maintaining identical cooking times. Finally, a cross flow fan, otherwise called tangential fan (or turbine) is silent, which improves the comfort of use. Advantageously, the heating means are joule heating means. Such heating makes it possible to quickly transfer heat to the air flow. Advantageously, the heating means comprise a heating wire of a predetermined diameter wound around a flat support such as a mica on a plurality of turns, and the thread of a turn is spaced from the wire of the adjacent turn of a distance of at least 1.5 times the diameter of the wire. A heating wire has a low thermal inertia, which makes it possible to shorten the cooking time even further. In addition, the space between the turns or windings ensures a good convection with the air flow: the pressure drops are low, and the heating wire is effectively cooled, which guarantees its longevity. Advantageously, the flat support of the heating means is arranged substantially parallel to a direction of flow of the air flow at the level of the heating means, and / or each turn of heating wire has two substantially rectilinear portions aligned with said direction. flow of the air flow. The pressure drops are still limited, the ventilation is then effective. Advantageously, the cooking apparatus comprises an intake zone upstream of the ventilation means, arranged between the cooking space and the ventilation means, and in communication with the ventilation means by an intake nozzle. Such an intake zone allows optimal operation of the cross-flow fan. Indeed, even if the bed of food to be crossed causes a significant pressure drop, the intake zone makes it possible to stabilize the air flow and / or to form a buffer volume, which limits the suction difficulties of the cross flow fan. Advantageously, the ventilation means are arranged on one side of the cooking basket, and / or the ventilation means are arranged above the admission zone. The device is compact. Advantageously, the transverse flow fan comprises a rotor arranged to rotate about an axis of rotation, and the intake zone has a free space whose section in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation has: a width ( b) greater than or equal to at least 1.5 times, and preferably at least twice, a diameter of the rotor, possibly in a direction transverse to a normal direction of the inlet nozzle and / or - a height (a) greater than or equal to at least 0.8 times, and preferably at least 1 time, a diameter of the rotor, optionally in a direction parallel to a normal direction of the inlet nozzle and / or - an outer wall arranged opposite the space of the cooking with respect to the axis of rotation and / or with respect to the normal direction of the inlet nozzle, and arranged at a distance (c) from the axis of rotation and / or from the normal direction of the jet nozzle. admission, and / or a ite passing through the axis of rotation and parallel to said outer wall, at least 0.5 times, and preferably at least 0.7 times, the diameter of the rotor. Such dimensions of the intake zone, or airbox, provide good suction conditions for the cross flow fan, which can then operate in normal and undegraded mode, even with the food bed to cross. In other words, the volume of the rotor of the transverse flow fan is V1 = TThD2 / 4, then the volume V2 of the amission zone is preferably greater than or equal to V1 * 8 / tt. One can write V2> 8V1 / tt, with D the diameter of the rotor of the cross-flow fan, and h the length of the cross-flow fan. In addition, the intake nozzle must be sufficiently far from the walls of the intake zone, at least 0.7 * D. Advantageously, the cooking apparatus comprises an exhaust zone downstream of the ventilation means, arranged between the cooking space and the ventilation means, and the heating means are arranged in the exhaust zone at a distance at least 0.3 times, and preferably 0.5 times, a diameter of a rotor of the ventilation means. Such a distance avoids disturbing the operation of the cross-flow fan. Advantageously, the heating means are at least partially opposite the food to be cooked received by the cooking basket. This implementation makes it possible to grill or brown the surface of the food to be cooked. Advantageously, the cooking basket has a bottom in the form of a grid. Such a grid limits the pressure losses. Advantageously, the cooking basket is removably arranged with respect to the cooking space, and the cooking basket is arranged to be mounted on the appliance by one side thereof. Advantageously, the cooking appliance is portable or transportable. In other words, the cooking appliance is not a convection oven type convection oven. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a vertical sectional view of a cooking apparatus according to the present invention; FIG. 2 represents a view of heating means of the apparatus of FIG. 1. Figure 1 shows a view of a cooking appliance according to the present invention in vertical section. On a left side of the section of Figure 1 is a cooking basket 20 arranged to receive food to cook. On a right side of the cup are ventilation means arranged to create a flow of air, with a transverse flow fan 10 which comprises a rotor arranged to rotate about an axis of rotation 12 perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 1. For the sake of clarity, the foods to be cooked are not shown in the cooking basket 20, to visualize the air flow generated by the ventilation means. The transverse flow fan 10 draws air into an intake zone 40, and discharges it into an exhaust zone 50 defined by a hood 51 which also contains heating means 30. air coming out of the cross-flow fan 10, then directed to the cooking basket 20 by the hood 51. The cooking basket 20 comprises a perforated bottom, typically a grid, which holds the food to be cooked (fries for example), but which lets the air flow through the bed of food to be cooked, and the bottom. Once the grid of the cooking basket 20 has been passed, the airflow is sucked towards the admission zone 40 in order to pass again through the transverse flow fan 10, through an intake nozzle 11 (centered on the axis of rotation 12). The air flow therefore passes in the cross-flow fan 10, on the heating means 30, through the food (or through the food bed) and then returns to the intake zone. As a result, the airflow is heated just after passing through the cross-flow fan 10, and just before passing on / through the food to be cooked. This makes it possible to limit the heat losses, since there is no obstacle or a major change of direction of the air flow between the heating means 30 and the foods to be cooked. The heat is transported a short distance by the air flow to be transferred from the heating means 30 to food to be cooked. These are cooked quickly. Finally, it can be seen in FIG. 1 that at least a portion of the heating means 30 are facing foods to be cooked, which makes it possible to expose the foods to be cooked to a thermal radiation generated by the heating means 30 for the foodstuffs. brown / grill. A cross flow fan 10 is very quiet because it generates little pressure. However, in order to provide good operating conditions for such a cross-flow fan 10, the invention proposes to position immediately upstream of the latter an intake zone having a minimum volume, which can be defined by its section. Normal to the axis of rotation 12. As shown in FIG. 1, the Applicant has found that by setting conditions on height (a), width (b) and distance (c) as a function of diameter of the rotor of the transverse flow fan 10, it operated in good aeraulic conditions. In particular: (a) must be at least 0.8 times, and preferably once, the diameter D of the rotor; (b) should be at least 1.5 * D, and preferably 2 * D; (c) must be at least 0.5 * D. With these conditions combined, the admission zone 40 forms a buffer volume and a stabilization zone to allow good suction of the transverse flow fan 10. Downstream of the transverse flow fan 10, it is also important not to create obstacles to the flow of air, and in particular, it is advantageous to place the heating means 30 at a minimum distance (d) from the rotor of the transverse flow fan 10. In particular, d must be at least 0.3 * D and preferably 0.5 * D. The structure of the cooking apparatus is compact because the ventilation means are arranged next to the cooking basket 20, and above the admission zone 40. The apparatus, while including a transverse flow fan 10, is therefore compact and very quiet, but still has good convection capabilities with proper operation of the crossflow fan 10 guaranteed by the admission zone 40. In addition, as shown in Figure 2, the invention proposes to use a heating wire 31 wound on a flat support 32, such as a mica for example. The heating wire 31 is wound around the flat support 32 in a succession of turns, but these are all spaced apart at least once, and preferably 1.5 times, the diameter of the heating wire 31, to allow good ventilation of the wire. Heating 31. This provides an efficient heat transfer, and also avoids forming red dots on the heating wire 31, which could alter its longevity. In addition, it is noted that the flat support 32 is perforated with multiple openings (here five), always to allow good ventilation. In addition, this arrangement (the turns away from each other) prevents braking the flow of air out of the crossflow fan 10, which also ensures quiet operation in good aeraulic conditions. Finally, it is noted, in FIG. 1, that the flat support 32 of the heating means is arranged substantially parallel to the air flow veins in the cover 51 which further limits the pressure losses. Finally, it is advantageous to orient the turns with the heating wire aligned with the air flow. Indeed, each turn comprises two portions each on either side of the flat support 32 which can be considered rectilinear, these two portions are then aligned with the air flow to limit the resistance to flow. The cooking basket 20, visible in FIG. 1, is removable relative to the cooking apparatus, and can be installed / removed by a movement substantially parallel to the axis of rotation 12, that is to say one movement perpendicular to the plane of Figure 1. According to an alternative embodiment, in order to reduce the risk of occurrence of a red dot on the heating wire 31 of the heating means 30, fresh air is supplied to the ends of the transverse flow fan 10. This fresh air coming from the outside of the apparatus enters the transverse flow fan 10 through openings (not shown) made near the ends of the transverse flow fan 10. Such a cooking appliance can be used to quickly cook cut potatoes to make fries by initially coating them with a small amount of oil or fat. You can also consider cooking other foods, such as meat or other vegetables. It will be understood that various modifications and / or improvements obvious to those skilled in the art can be made to the various embodiments of the invention described in the present description without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims.
